This role will be critical in ensuring proper model coordination and real-time project progress—from planning through execution. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading quantity take-offs, specialty surveys, 3D coordination, 4D progress control, and implementation of As-Built models. Additionally, they will work closely and collaboratively with design and construction teams, as well as the client, to ensure effective communication and a coordinated workflow. **Requirements:** * 3–5 years of experience in similar roles. * Experience in high-rise construction projects. * Advanced proficiency in Revit. * Proficiency in Navisworks. * Ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary environments and with diverse project stakeholders.
