Collaborative teamwork within matrix and virtual organizations. **Axity is a company with over 35 years of experience; our service portfolio is one of the largest in the industry: Digital Strategy, Software Development, Business Intelligence, Big Data, Advanced Analytics, Security, and IoT.** **We are looking for a Bilingual Project Manager** Description The objective of the Project Manager role is to contribute to the company’s success by supporting Transition, Transformation, Continuous Improvement (CI), and other business-initiated projects/programs. This includes growth in new Client Operations transitions in CHILE, end-to-end transition management (following the company’s Transition Methodology), driving enterprise transformation (applying Scrum, Agile, PMP, or other relevant methodologies), and CI initiatives (using Lean Sigma methodology) to deliver the business’s committed value. Requirements Professional degree in Computer Engineering, Business Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, or related fields in technology or digital project management. 9\-12 years of general experience 4\-5 years of experience in roles/projects related to organizational transformation/change, process transition/transformation 3\+ years of experience working in virtual teams and matrix organizations Experience implementing enterprise solutions Proven track record managing medium-scale, complex, and cross-functional projects (preferably transition and/or transformation projects)• Advanced English, both spoken and written (mandatory). Desirable: Work experience in Shared Services/BPO/IT/Medical Technology industries Customer Experience / OTI (Order-to-Invoice \- end-to-end process) Understanding of the Healthcare/Medical Devices industry Project Management certifications.
