Control and audit of bonuses and discounts At TRANSVIP, a recognized passenger and cargo transportation company with over 20 years of experience in fleet management, administration, reservation systems, traffic operations, and technology implementation in our operational processes, we are currently seeking a **BI Payments Analyst**. **JOB OBJECTIVE** Execute, streamline, and automate driver payment calculations for the cargo business, ensuring correct application of all associated payment components and deductions. Additionally, provide reporting support to various departments across the company. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Calculate driver payments. * Audit reservations and routes registered by the operations team in the management system. * Support the Experience team in responding to and resolving driver post\-sale requests. * Ensure optimization and automation of driver payment processes. * Conduct analysis and provide recommendations to commercial and operational teams regarding driver payment-related processes. * Perform other tasks within the company's accounting ERP and administrative functions. * Monitor accounts payable to drivers. * Control and audit bonuses and discounts involved in driver payments. **Desired Qualifications:** * Degrees in Commercial Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, or related fields. * 1 to 3 years of experience in finance roles and/or logistics industry experience. * Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, programming languages, and process automation.
