Our company seeks to hire an Asset Control Supervisor responsible for ensuring equipment and asset control, traceability, and availability, coordinating their operational flow and adherence to established planning. We seek a professional with leadership capabilities, coordination skills, and a results-oriented approach who contributes to achieving operational objectives and efficient asset control within the company. **What will be your challenge?** * Supervise equipment and asset intake, dispatch, location, and traceability. * Coordinate equipment movements, workshop entries, and spare parts requirements. * Monitor order, distribution, and availability of assets on-site. * Lead the asset control team and generate management reports for decision-making. **Requirements** * Technical or professional education in Mechanical Engineering, Machinery, Industrial Maintenance, Electricity, Electronics, Logistics, or Operations. * Minimum 4 years of experience in roles related to machinery, maintenance, operations, logistics, or asset control. * Experience in team coordination or supervision. * Knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment or asset management. * Proficiency in Excel and computer tools; ERP (SAP) experience preferred, Class B driver's license, and knowledge of maintenance practices or SEC regulations. **Conditions** * **Location:** Quilicura, Región Metropolitana. * **Working Hours:** Administrative schedule from Monday to Thursday, 08:00–18:00 hrs, and Friday, 08:00–12:30 hrs. * **Benefits:** On-site company cafeteria lunch, supplementary health and life insurance, and other corporate benefits.
