Our **Automotive Premium** team is seeking a **Warehouse Assistant** to join Inchcape **Chile**. The purpose of this role is to manage workshop tools and spare parts, ensuring organization, maintenance, and timely delivery while guaranteeing compliance with JLR standards. You will be responsible for purchasing supplies, managing dispatches and pickups, and overseeing the spare parts warehouse and tool room. **Your Responsibilities** * Manage the tool room through organization, systematic arrangement, and supply of tools to technicians. * Support material and battery management for the workshop and for the branch’s Battery Care process. * Manage dispatches, pickups, and procurement of supplies, tools, and other items. * Manage inventory levels in the spare parts warehouse and tool room, including distribution to technicians, internal orders, and replenishment. * Manage and control waste and hydrocarbon logistics documentation and storage. * Process warranty warehouse orders and scrap disposal of spare parts as required. * Coordinate and maintain records of workshop equipment maintenance. * Conduct tool audits and self-audits. * Manage safety equipment and technical uniforms. * Manage inventory of spare parts and tools. **About You** To succeed in this role, you will have: * Knowledge of spare parts and automotive mechanics. * Strong organizational skills and sense of responsibility. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency. * Advanced English proficiency (desirable). * SAP proficiency. * Autoline proficiency (desirable). * Class B driver’s license. * Safe cargo handling experience. **What We Offer** At Inchcape, we are building the future of mobility—and invite you to build it with us.
