In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on the **Core Banking** platform, participating in the development and maintenance of business-critical solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, persistence, and traceability, directly contributing to regulatory reporting processes and organizational operational continuity. If you are passionate about technological challenges, mission-critical environments, and want to join a team driving digital transformation, we want to meet you! **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsibilities: * Participate in the review, development, and maintenance of applications on the **AS400** platform, using **RPG** as the primary programming language. * Collaborate with **Architecture and Integration** teams to ensure process and data traceability, consistency, and auditability. * Prepare and keep updated **technical specifications** and design documentation for developed solutions. * Develop and review high-quality code, ensuring standards of efficiency, performance, and scalability. * Execute **unit testing**, code analysis, and debugging to ensure application stability and reliability. * Identify, analyze, and resolve incidents or issues related to AS400 applications, minimizing their impact on operations. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for integrating AS400 applications with other corporate systems and platforms. * Provide technical support and mentoring to the development team, promoting best practices and knowledge transfer. * Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing processes, applications, and platform performance. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Relational database engines. * Banking and financial systems.
