Our services focus on "closing the gap between Execution and Strategy," primarily through the design and implementation of frameworks and solutions that enable companies to make data-driven decisions to optimize and manage their portfolios, programs, and projects. **Your key responsibilities:** * Research and analyze industry trends and maintain knowledge of business problem-solving methodologies, strategy, innovation, and change management. * Participate in project development through the analysis and structuring of client solutions. * Collaborate and actively work with internal teams in EY Chile and regional teams to provide appropriate strategies and focus areas to address our clients’ challenges. * Contribute to the process of developing solutions in terms of content, form, and quality. **To succeed in this role, you must have:** * Be currently in your final year of Commercial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. * Interest in business transformation, change management, and business design. * Intermediate level of Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Word) – Teams. * Intermediate English (written, spoken). * **Availability starting AUGUST 2025, full-time availability** EY is committed to diversity and inclusion.
