




A leading Distribution and Logistics company is seeking an Operational Excellence Engineer to lead and facilitate change processes focused on continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and increased productivity through the implementation of sustainable projects, methodologies, and management systems over time, contributing to a culture of operational excellence and generating value across the entire operations chain. Key responsibilities include: * Design and implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, productivity, and cost reduction by conducting root cause analyses, leading Kaizen events, and other activities to systematize improvements using productivity-focused approaches and LEAN methodology. * Standardize operational processes through the development of manuals and procedures, as well as performance indicators, to ensure replicable best practices across different teams or business units. * Monitor and analyze operational KPIs, driving data-driven corrective actions to identify improvement opportunities aligned with the organization’s strategy. And others. **Requirements:** * Professional degree in Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies: Lean Manufacturing, TWI, VSM, A3, Kaizen, 5S, among others. * Knowledge in designing and implementing operational management systems (KPIs, audits, standards). * Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, or similar). * Knowledge in data analysis and use of tools such as advanced Excel, Power BI, or similar. * Desired experience in process automation or digital improvement tools. * Intermediate English proficiency (+B1, written and reading skills required). * Formal certifications in Lean/Six Sigma (Green Belt) are desirable and will be considered a plus. **Previous Experience** * At least 3\-5 years of experience leading continuous improvement projects, process standardization, or operational transformation in industrial, logistics, or complex service environments. * Experience working collaboratively with various organizational areas (operations, quality, technology, HR, etc.). * Proven experience implementing initiatives with measurable impact on productivity or efficiency. * International experience or work in multinational companies, particularly within operational transformation contexts, is desirable.
