Major Mining Company Requires: Lubricants Technical Advisor **Job Mission:** Provide continuous advisory and technical support, working strategically with a client portfolio to promote the development of technical competencies and foster cultural changes in maintenance management and the products used. With a central focus on strategic training and awareness of clients to optimize product performance and achieve superior results, aiming to optimize all stages related to maintenance operations, from product delivery to the client through its application in projects, with an emphasis on continuous improvement to ensure optimal performance and standards. **Main Job Responsibilities:** 1\.\- Conduct analysis and evaluations of clients' lubrication products, identifying improvement opportunities in storage, handling, and product performance; effectively communicating to all stakeholders, presenting reports reflecting progress, results, and recommendations. 2\.\- Standardize multi-level maintenance processes while developing lubricant performance monitoring plans, proposing adjustments and improvements to optimize their effectiveness. 3\.\- Identify and develop comprehensive solutions to address maintenance process issues, interacting with various departments such as (Procurement, Purchasing, Warehouse, Maintenance, SMS). 4\.\- Identify and capture profitability opportunities (product and laboratory). Assessing possibilities for optimization of processes and practices related to maintenance, ensuring optimal use of lubricants. 5\.\- Develop and deliver customized training and education programs addressing specific client needs and promoting technical competency development, ensuring effective knowledge transfer. 6\.\- Provide ongoing technical advice to clients, supporting them in the proper selection and application of products, through development proposals and continuous improvement initiatives in lubricant management, both in storage processes and product application. 7\.\- Monitor client performance, evaluating the application of acquired competencies and proposing improvements. 8\.\- Strategically communicate achieved results to management and clients, presenting reports demonstrating the impact of competency development initiatives. 9\.\- Stay updated on trends and advancements in lubrication and maintenance, continuously updating training programs. **Requirements:** * Education: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field * Residence: Metropolitan Region (with availability to travel) * Experience: 3 years of experience in roles of similar responsibility or functions. * Experience in designing and implementing technical training and education programs. * Experience in maintenance operations, with a focus on resource optimization and process improvement. * Experience in project management, particularly regarding the application of lubricants in industrial projects.
