All of the above in accordance with company policies and procedures. What will you have to do? Supervise the team's incident and route closure control, seeking opportunities for process improvement. Supervise and control the reporting of complementary services, performing collection reconciliations, safeguarding the management of collection assets at the metropolitan and/or national level. Analyze and monitor unit key performance indicators, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions. Generate and analyze reports related to route closures, supplier non-compliance regarding complementary services, and indicator performance (NSD). Perform control and tracking of mailbag dispatch and reception at regional and/or national level. Train area personnel on established policies, protocols, procedures, and workflows for controlling complementary services and route closures.
