Active participation in identifying problems and opportunities. **Job Description** ---------------------- What will be your challenge? Design, develop, and maintain technological solutions holistically, participating from prototyping through implementation and operation of systems—covering backend, data management, infrastructure, architecture, and automation—to ensure applications are efficient, secure, scalable, and aligned with business and user needs. What will you do? * Develop full-stack solutions, spanning from design through implementation and production deployment. * Integrate and experiment with new AI tools and technologies to enhance company products and processes. * Actively participate in identifying problems and opportunities alongside diverse teams, contributing a technical and creative perspective. * Collaborate on architectural design and selection of the most suitable frameworks and technologies for each project. * Maintain high standards of code quality, security, and efficiency. * Document and communicate developed work to facilitate solution continuity and scalability. Work Modality * 42 hours per week during business hours. * Hybrid work model (in-office and remote). * Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 08:30–17:50; Friday, 08:30–13:10\. * Offices located in Santiago Centro. We Offer * Job stability. * Professional development and continuous learning. * Participation in technological projects and applied innovation. * Collaborative work with multidisciplinary teams. * Spaces for technological experimentation and continuous improvement. * Corporate benefits and wellness programs. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Degree in Computer Science Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * Cloud, automation, or software development certifications are valued. * Experience in designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining end\-to\-end technological solutions. * Proficiency in programming with JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or Go. * Backend development and API construction experience. * Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases. * Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure). * Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and process automation. * Experience using GitHub and version control. * Experience using artificial intelligence tools applied to software development.
