Be part of a market-leading company in its field. **LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR – Finished Goods Warehouse** Are you passionate about logistics and teamwork? A company with over 70 years of experience in the Chilean market, dedicated to egg and egg-product manufacturing, is looking to hire a Logistics Supervisor to lead dispatch operations at its finished goods warehouse. **The Challenge:** You will be responsible for supervising the dispatch of products and egg-products, ensuring timely deliveries to customers, optimizing time and costs, and managing reverse logistics (returns, reusable packaging, and non-conforming products). **Your Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate order picking based on stock availability and route sheets * Manage invoicing and dispatch registration in the system * Ensure warehouse organization following the FIFO method * Coordinate delivery of orders and egg-products to customers and OVO plant * Manage warehouse reverse logistics * Lead a work team, safeguarding their safety and well-being * Ensure compliance with food quality and safety standards **Requirements:** * Higher Technical Degree in Logistics or related field * Minimum 3 years leading logistics or dispatch teams * Proficiency in Softland and TMS systems * Class D driver’s license (desirable) **We Offer:** * Stable employment contract, with potential for indefinite term * Opportunity to join a market-leading company in its field * Collaborative work environment * Monday–Friday working schedule, with occasional Saturday availability If you meet the profile and wish to join this challenge, apply now with your updated CV!
