Responsibilities * Perform food production tasks in the kitchen area and implement hygiene standards for food preparation; * Carry out preparatory operations for food preparation: cleaning, washing, as well as chopping, cutting, mixing, grinding, blending, sifting fruits, vegetables, meats, dairy products and derivatives, cereals, flours, legumes, and ingredients as required. * Participate in the preparation of standard or special meals, including meal preparation and cooking. * Work in hot, cold, and pastry sections. * Assemble and serve meals to patients and staff; distribute meals to rooms and dining areas according to the prescribed diet type and daily schedule. Requirements * At least 1 year of relevant experience. * Basic knowledge of food handling in collective catering. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team and in a dynamic environment. * Day shift schedule. * Must reside in Puerto Varas \- Ensenada (mandatory).
