Salary: CLP $900,000 net (includes base salary + commissions + gratification). Net salary is variable and subject to commissions. Key responsibilities for this role include: managing the point of sale in accordance with company protocols; selling our accessories; and motivating subordinate sales staff to meet organizational targets. Requirements to apply: Applicants with at least 1 year of experience in supervisory or managerial roles: \- Hold a professional or higher technical degree / graduation certificate. \- Experience selling tangible products in the commercial retail sector. \- Availability to work mall hours Monday through Sunday (rotating 6x1 and 5x2 schedules, 2 Sundays off per month, and 1 weekday off per week). \- Foreign applicants must hold a valid permanent visa. \- A motivated, organized, committed, and responsible individual.
