IT Technical Support responsible for IT incident management and resolution, software diagnostics, equipment installation and configuration, inventory management, and user training.

DCS is seeking a professional to serve as an IT Technical Support in the commune of Ñuñoa, to cover a replacement position in September 2026.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee incident resolution.
* Provide support in identifying and resolving issues—at an advanced level—or otherwise escalate them to the support team at our Paris office.
* Diagnose and resolve software-related issues and conflicts on workstations; escalate to other resolution teams when solutions fall outside the scope of responsibility.
* Unbox, assemble, install, connect, configure or reconfigure desktop equipment (desktops, laptops, landline or mobile phones, videoconferencing systems, printers, scanners, Smart TVs and monitors, and other peripherals), ensuring full operational readiness for end users.
* Add or replace hardware and/or software components within workstation environments or shared network-connected resources, and verify proper functionality of all associated elements.
* Inspect, install, and provide remote hands support for network equipment diagnostics and installation.
* Maintain up-to-date inventory records for all equipment under supervision.
* Train new users on assigned computing equipment and procedures for interacting with the field support team.
* Organize cabling for computing equipment.
* Maintain order and inventory of IT storage areas located at client premises.
* Install, configure, uninstall, and activate all licensed software, software developed by the Company, or any other software used on the equipment.
* Provide technical assistance and manage video calls using ZOOM and Microsoft Teams applications.
Job Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Support
* Intermediate to advanced English—mandatory
* Proficiency in Office productivity software
* Knowledge of networks and communications, videoconferencing
* Excellent interpersonal skills and strong soft skills.
Conditions:
* Replacement for 4 days in September (09-14; 09-16; 09-21; 09-25)
* Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 09:00–17:30; Friday, 09:00–13:00
* Cafeteria: No meal allowance—employees must bring their own
* Dress code: Semi-formal
* Compensation: Pro-rated based on days worked, according to a monthly net salary of CLP 1,000,000.
