Find this job on getonbrd.com. ### **Technical Requirements and Responsibilities:** As a Networking Professional, we will be responsible for ensuring that the communications infrastructure meets organizational requirements while maintaining operational continuity and network performance. * Collaborate in the implementation, maintenance, and support of computer networks. * Ensure that the network infrastructure meets organizational requirements. * Maintain network infrastructure, guaranteeing operational continuity. * Perform updates to systems related to network infrastructure. * Configure switches and perform associated routing activities. * Support rack organization and space optimization for efficient operations. Additionally, we will work alongside the team to coordinate switch replacements due to obsolescence and deployments across various branches, maintaining communication and support standards. ### **Required Experience:** We seek a technical professional or recent graduate in fields such as Networks, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines. This role requires **intermediate-level experience (3–5 years)** in networking, with a focus on configuration and support of communications infrastructure. **Requirements and Experience:** * Knowledge and experience in networking. * Experience configuring switches and routing. * Experience in rack organization and space optimization. * Availability to travel and relocate to various branches, including activities related to switch replacement due to obsolescence. **Working Conditions:** * **Work Mode:** On-site. * **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 09:00–18:00; Friday, 09:00–16:00. During implementations or branch relocations, working hours may be adjusted according to service needs. ### **Desirable:** We value complementary experience in implementing and supporting networks across multiple sites, with the ability to coordinate replacements and operational adjustments without affecting service continuity. We also consider it a plus to have the ability to document configurations and maintain organized racks to facilitate maintenance and troubleshooting.
