Position Summary: We are seeking a UTP Head to join our leadership team, responsible for developing curricula, strengthening teachers' technical-pedagogical work, and promoting collaboration. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strengthen classroom teachers' technical-pedagogical work 2. Promote collaborative, participatory, and organized work 3. Guide innovative and creative strategies A private school located in the commune of Maipú, specifically in Ciudad Satélite, is seeking a Technical-Pedagogical Unit (UTP) Head to join our leadership team starting July 2026. Main Responsibilities: \- Develop the institution's curricular plans and programs. \- Strengthen classroom teachers' technical-pedagogical work by providing timely and effective advisory support. \- Promote collaborative, participatory, and organized work. \- Develop the educational institution's curricular activities plan. \- Guide innovative and creative strategies to address educational challenges. And others.\- Requirements \- Professional teaching degree in General Basic Education \- Master's degree in Educational Assessment or related field. \- Minimum six years of experience serving as a UTP Head. \- Solid knowledge of assessment, the national curriculum, or pedagogical management. \- Experience analyzing SIMCE results and developing improvement strategies. \- Leadership ability, collaborative work skills, and team management capability. Position Conditions Working hours: Monday to Wednesday, 07:45–17:30; Thursday, 07:45–16:30; Friday, 07:45–15:30. Fixed-term contract with possibility of indefinite extension.
