Armando Cortínez Ote. 1704, Pudahuel, Metropolitan Region, Chile (Arturo Merino Benítez Airport). Key responsibilities include: administering the point of sale in accordance with company protocols; selling our smartphone accessories; and motivating assigned sales staff to meet organizational targets. $1\.050\.000 (includes base salary \+ commissions \+ bonus). Net salary is variable and subject to commissions. Requirements for application: Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in supervisory or managerial roles: \- Hold a professional or higher technical degree/certificate of completion. \- Experience selling tangible products in commercial retail. \- Availability to work mall hours Monday through Sunday, on rotating 6x1 and 5x2 schedules (2 Sundays off per month and 1 weekday off per week). \- Foreign applicants must hold a valid permanent or temporary visa. \- Highly motivated, organized, committed, and responsible individuals.
