A company in the water industry is seeking a Technical Service Manager responsible for coordinating maintenance, repair, commissioning, and installation processes of equipment, ensuring high-quality service and operational continuity for customers. Location: Providencia, Santiago Job Responsibilities: · Inspect, quote, repair, and deliver technical reports on equipment. · Provide telephone support to customers, resolving technical inquiries. · Prepare and verify equipment for sales and after-sales service. · Monitor spare parts and materials inventory used in technical service. · Carry out commissioning and installation of equipment when required. · Register and track equipment by brand, model, and serial number. · Review and manage warranties as applicable. · Coordinate logistics for product dispatch and delivery to customers. · Maintain tools and department equipment in good condition. · Prepare inspection reports and deliver reports to customers. What do we expect from you? · Technical or professional degree in Electronics Engineering, Electro-industrial Engineering, or related fields. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office at user level. · Knowledge of electronics software and/or procurement systems. · At least 2 years of experience in similar roles. · High attention to detail and commitment to service quality. · Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
