Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Lead Java – Leasing to technically lead continuity of operations and system upgrade activities for Leasing within a strategic banking-sector project. At NEORIS, we are currently looking for a **Technical Lead Java – Leasing** to join a strategic banking-sector project focused on continuity of operations and system upgrade for Leasing, serving one of our key clients in Chile. We seek a senior profile with strong technical leadership, solid expertise in Java Core and microservices, and exclusive knowledge of Leasing systems, who will actively contribute both to operations and technological evolution initiatives. ### **Work Mode: Remote** ### **Responsibilities** * Technically lead continuity-of-operations activities for Leasing systems. * Participate in planning, execution, and monitoring of the Leasing Upgrade project. * Coordinate and execute critical technical tasks, ensuring compliance with SLAs and service metrics. * Provide support during contingencies, including on-call shifts for at least one week per month. * Design and validate technical solutions based on Java Core and microservice architectures. * Ensure software development best practices, stability, performance, and quality. * Collaborate with client and vendor teams, maintaining clear and effective communication. * Document progress, incidents, and monthly service metrics. ### **Requirements** * Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Project Lead in IT projects. * Solid proficiency in Java Core and microservice development. * Exclusive knowledge of Leasing systems within banking or financial contexts. * Experience in operational continuity, incident management, and production support. * Ability to provide technical leadership to teams and make decisions in critical situations. * Availability for on-call shifts and after-hours support during specific events. * Experience working with financial-sector clients. ### **We Offer** * Time for you: Birthday day off, administrative days, moving day, and extended parental leave. * Holistic well-being: WellHub plan (Gympass) with access to thousands of facilities, annual optometry services, and exclusive discounts on health and aesthetics. * Coverage and protection: Complementary health insurance, daycare services, and support through ACHS and MercerMarsh. * Continuous training: Free diploma programs with the University of Chile, over 170 ACHS courses, Udemy licenses, and NEORIS Global Campus. * Social support: Automatic enrollment in CCAF Los Andes to access loans and benefits in education, health, and recreation. #LI-PA1
