Axity is a company with over 35 years of experience; our service portfolio is one of the largest in the industry: Digital Strategy, Software Development, Business Intelligence, Big Data, Advanced Analytics, Security, and IoT. **We are seeking a Level 2–3 Infrastructure Support professional** We are looking for a professional to join our IT team as a Level 2–3 Infrastructure Support specialist, responsible for ensuring operational continuity, stability, and security of our hybrid technology infrastructure (on\-premise and Azure cloud). The role will focus on resolving complex incidents, advanced administration of Microsoft platforms, virtualization, and cloud services, as well as actively participating in improvements and modernization projects. Key Responsibilities * Resolve escalated infrastructure, server, and cloud service incidents (Level 2/3\). * Administer and provide advanced support for Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Exchange, and SharePoint. * Manage identity and access (Entra ID / Okta). * Administer Windows and Linux servers. * Operate and maintain virtualization platforms (VMware and/or Proxmox). * Execute and monitor backups (Veeam or other solutions) and support recovery testing. * Monitor security events and execute remediation actions. * Implement and maintain perimeter security solutions. * Support technology migrations and upgrades. * Document technical procedures and generate incident and root cause reports. * Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers when required. * Ensure compliance with security and operational continuity policies. Requirements Education: * Professional or technical degree in Networking, Computer Science, Connectivity, or related field. Experience: * 2–4 years in IT infrastructure support. * Experience in hybrid environments (on\-premise \+ Azure). * Experience in advanced support and resolution of critical incidents. Technical Knowledge: * Microsoft 365 administration\. * Entra ID / Active Directory. * Azure (operational level). * VMware and/or Proxmox. * Veeam Backup or other backup solutions. * Exchange Server and SharePoint. * Windows Server and Linux. * IT security and vulnerability management. * ITIL (desirable). Key Competencies * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. * Autonomy and technical judgment for incident prioritization. * Proactivity and continuous improvement orientation. * Effective communication with end users and business units. * Collaborative work with internal teams and vendors.
