Position: Supervisor \- Antofagasta Position Purpose: The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the safety of all workers within the workshop while simultaneously coordinating and planning work tasks assigned to personnel, to achieve established objectives related to component fulfillment and delivery, supporting each worker in performing their duties to minimize setbacks. Main Responsibilities: * Maintain orderly classification of correspondence (circulars), reports and brochures, receipt vouchers, material requisitions, etc. * Ensure Komatsu facilities, tools, and equipment used in work execution are in good condition, and report substandard conditions. * Report any accidents or incidents witnessed or in which the individual was involved. * Report process deviations to document them as operational incidents or non-conformities, per Komatsu-established procedures. * Capture information on substandard equipment conditions according to the maintenance model procedure, for subsequent planning and execution. * Know emergency assembly points and customer-authorized and unauthorized locations where the Supervisor may perform duties. * Apply maintenance guidelines, work procedures, parts manuals, service manuals, service letters, risk inventories, quality checklists, and any other tools ensuring efficient management. * Plan in advance for execution of assigned work tasks. * Efficiently manage resources assigned to the position, ensuring work quality, personnel productivity, and controlling risks that may affect facility safety, personnel safety, and environmental safety. * Actively participate in planning development, innovation, work procedures, or other activities related to improving contract execution. * Is responsible for applying skills in every practical, reasonable, and timely manner to effectively manage occupational risks.
