Job Summary: We are seeking a Software Implementation Engineer to execute implementation programs, ensuring system deployment, configuration, user and customer support, and training. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive execution of software implementation programs 2. Direct support and training for end users and customers 3. Information analysis and design of tailored solutions ***Location: Santiago, Chile*** ***Work Mode:*** Hybrid (On-site / Remote) ***Travel:*** Willingness to travel domestically as required by customers. **Purpose of the Role** To comprehensively execute software solution implementation programs, ensuring correct deployment through configuration, direct support, and training for end users and customers. **Academic Qualifications** Graduate in Computer Engineering, Civil/Execution Engineering in Systems, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related fields. **Required Experience** At least 2 years of experience in software solution implementation. Minimum 1 year of direct customer interaction (technical and operational counterparts). Desirable experience in the Fuel Stations / Fuel Sector / Retail industry. **Main Responsibilities** Information analysis and operational process gathering with the client. Design and parameterization of solutions adapted to each project’s specific requirements. System installation, configuration, and deployment. End-user training and ongoing support/accompaniment during the adoption phase. **Technical Knowledge** Windows operating systems and environments. Proficiency in SQL databases (queries and basic administration). Applications on the Windows platform. Basic understanding of business administration and operational processes. Project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.). **Competencies and Skills** Strong customer service orientation and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability for self-directed learning and technological adaptation. Communication and facilitation skills for training delivery. Analytical problem-solving ability.
