Design, develop, and implement ENTEL’s Mobile and Fixed Data Services, ensuring end\-to\-end data service modeling, design, and deployment across both current NFV/CNF/SDN environments and future technological evolution. Discover the challenges awaiting you in the Senior Data Services Engineer role. * You will participate in and perform efficient design, deployment, and implementation of various Mobile and Fixed Data Services. You will evaluate new equipment and functionalities for data service development. * You will execute necessary expansions of all network elements to support demand for Data Services. * You will interact with vendors and integrators for deployment, development, and support of Data Services. * You will provide second-level support to Operational, Engineering, and Commercial areas. * You will study, prepare, and execute optimizations to improve the operation of fixed and mobile Data Services. What we need from you: * Packet Core: Knowledge of 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G mobile network architecture and signaling. Experience with Packet Core Data, EPC, and 5GC in multi-vendor and converged containerized platforms. * Advanced knowledge of SGSN/MME/AMF, SGW\-C/PGW\-C/SMF, SGW\-U/PGW\-U/UPF, PCRF/PCF, and HLR/HSS/UDM platforms. * Basic knowledge of TCP/IP and IP routing (BGP, MPLS, OSPF) in telecom contexts. * Experience deploying virtualized and containerized Packet Core solutions (VNFs/CNFs). * Desired experience with OpenStack, VMware, or container environments (Kubernetes/K8s) for mobile networks (CNFs). * Advanced experience and knowledge in developing Mobile Data Services for Home (Postpaid and Prepaid) and Roaming, as well as knowledge of Voice/VoLTE and Wi\-Fi Calling, VoNR, among others. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Design, implementation, and operation of Telecommunications Networks and Services. * Bachelor’s degree or professional degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Networking, or Telecommunications. * Knowledge of design and implementation of Mobile Network Packet Core projects.
