RedSalud is seeking a Professional Intern for the Clinical Systems Support Area within the Systems and Technology Management division. The primary mission is to provide operational support for Level 3 technical support, including continuous monitoring and tracking of internal tickets and those escalated to external vendors. Additionally, the intern will collaborate on process documentation, manual development, and drafting area-related requests or requirements. Key responsibilities include: * Ticket Management and Tracking (Level 3 Support): Monitor the flow of internal incidents and requests, directly coordinating with internal teams or external vendors to ensure timely resolution. * Development of Technical and Functional Documentation: Author user manuals, support guides, operational procedures, and specifications for area-related requests or requirements. * Process Modeling and Administrative Support: Use digital tools to map/diagram area processes and manage team documentation. **Desired Profile:** Degree or Field of Study: Computer Engineering or Computer Technician; Biomedical Informatics Engineering or Technician; or related fields in Technology and Systems.
