Ticket management and tracking **IT Technical Support (Weekends and Holidays)** --------------------------------------------------- **Location:** Providencia\- Las Condes, Santiago **Maximum Net Salary:** Market-dependent **Work Mode:** On-site **Duration:** 3 months with potential extension to indefinite ### **Job Description** At Progesys, we are looking for an **IT Technical Support** specialist for weekends and holidays, who will be responsible for providing user technical support, participating in technology renewal processes, and ensuring the operational continuity of equipment and systems. * **️ Main Responsibilities** * Technical support to users (hardware and software) * Diagnosis and resolution of incidents on computing equipment * Participation in **computer and server renewal plans** * Installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment * Ticket management and tracking * Support in operational continuity tasks ### **✅ Requirements** * Degree in Computer Science, Computing, or related field * Experience in IT technical support (help desk or field) * Knowledge of **microcomputing (hardware, software, basic networking)** * Experience or participation in **technology renewal projects** (PCs / servers) * Proficiency in ticketing tools * **Desirable** * Knowledge of **ITIL** (incident management, service requests, SLAs) * Experience working under structured IT support processes * Class B driver's license
