This role is ideal for an organized technology professional who enjoys coordinating technical activities, providing user support, improving processes, and helping teams maintain efficient IT operations. You will work closely with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth operation of systems, technology services, and operational processes, while supporting continuous improvement. Responsibilities: Coordinate daily IT operations and technical support activities. Oversee IT systems, services, and operational workflows. Coordinate support requests and ensure efficient problem resolution. Collaborate with internal teams and external technology vendors. Provide support for user access to devices, software, and technological resources. Maintain accurate IT operational records, documentation, and reports. Assist in system maintenance, updates, and technology projects. Monitor service performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Contribute to maintaining IT operational procedures, processes, and standards. Support basic IT security, backup, and business continuity activities. Coordinate priorities and workload within the IT operations area. Provide operational updates and recommendations to management. Requirements: Experience in IT, technology operations, technical support, or a related field. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with computers, enterprise applications, and IT systems. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. High attention to detail and a practical approach to problem solving. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in team coordination or supervision. Technical training, certifications, or relevant hands-on experience will be valued.
