We are committed to **working with trust to better nourish and protect the planet**, and we seek individuals who wish to **grow, learn, and make an impact**, contributing collectively to an organization with **purpose and global reach.** **Quilicura – Lesaffre Industrial Chile** We are looking for an **Electromechanical Technician** to join our plant located in Quilicura and become part of a team dedicated to operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement. **Job Description** **What will be your purpose?** Provide on-site support, ensure proper operation of production machinery, and perform electrical and mechanical maintenance with a focus on operational continuity. **Main Responsibilities** * Carry out electrical installations on-site. * Perform repairs on machinery, equipment, and power and control panels. * Ensure proper operation of production machinery and infrastructure. * Record all work performed on production machinery in SAP. * Provide cross-functional support to plant and production departments. **Requirements** **What are we looking for in you?** * Graduate of an Electrical Technician or Mechanical Technician program. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of electrical circuit components and elements. * Basic understanding of electric motors. * Field operational adjustment and on-site plant management. * Understanding of industrial equipment operation. * Authorization for working at heights. (Mandatory) **Additional Information** **Terms and Work Environment** * Initial fixed-term contract (**3 months**), renewable for a new term or indefinite term based on performance. * Working hours: Rotating shifts — **Morning**: 07:00–15:00 hrs, **Afternoon**: 15:00–23:00 hrs, **Night**: 23:00–07:00 hrs * **100% on-site work** at the plant. * **Lunch** provided at the corporate cafeteria. * **Parking** available inside the plant. * Job stability, a safe work environment, and internal development opportunities.
