




Our company, Parque del Recuerdo—employing 1,500 people and ranked among the best workplaces according to the Great Place to Work ranking, certified as a "B Corporation," and committed to diversity and inclusion of its employees—is seeking a **Digital Transformation Manager** to lead the implementation and enhancement of commercial projects, ensuring their adoption by the sales force and facilitating change management. **Key Responsibilities** * **Implementation and monitoring of commercial projects** Coordinate the execution, continuous improvement, and adoption of digital tools by the sales force, including pilot testing and on-site visits. * **Internal coordination and communication** Facilitate collaboration between commercial users and internal departments (IT, Training, Leadership), consolidating requirements and managing response timelines. * **Change management and training** Conduct training sessions, support technological adoption, manage resistance to change, and promote process improvements. * **Troubleshooting and operational support** Identify usage-related issues versus technical issues, resolve incidents, and assist sales channels and commercial activities. * **Reporting and administrative process management** Prepare reports and manage administrative tasks for the department, such as expense reimbursements, ensuring timely and accurate invoice payments, among others. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education (technical or university studies preferred). * 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. * Availability to work onsite across various offices in the Metropolitan Region (RM). **Desired Profile** ------------------ * Completed secondary education (technical or university studies preferred). * 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. * Availability to work onsite across various offices in the Metropolitan Region (RM).
