With 46 industrial units, we supply global customers with healthy, high-quality products through our 23 distribution centers and 18 international offices. **Responsibilities and Duties** At **Minerva Foods**, we seek a **Commercial Administrative Assistant** to join our team in Chile. The candidate will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the commercial area, ensuring proper management of sales processes, information control, and cross-departmental coordination to guarantee efficient operations. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Administratively manage and close sales opportunities in the CRM. * Register and process sales orders in the ERP, ensuring data accuracy. * Verify commercial terms, product availability, and compliance with internal policies. * Coordinate with Finance, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure smooth commercial operations flow. * Maintain updated databases and generate reports for tracking commercial KPIs. * Provide administrative and operational support to the commercial team. * Identify opportunities to improve internal processes to increase departmental efficiency. ### **Desired Experience** * Experience in administrative, commercial, internal sales, or commercial back-office functions. * Experience working with CRM and ERP systems is desirable. * Experience coordinating with Logistics, Finance, or Customer Service departments will be considered a differentiator. **Requirements and Qualifications** ### **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Commerce, Logistics, or related fields. ### **Technical Knowledge** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Experience using CRM and ERP systems is desirable. * Knowledge of administrative and commercial processes. ### **Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail. * Proactivity and autonomy. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Customer orientation. * Planning and time management skills. * Adaptability and tolerance to pressure. * Results orientation and continuous improvement. **Additional Information** At Minerva Foods, you will become part of a global leader in the food industry, with international presence and a dynamic, collaborative, and excellence-oriented work environment.
