They participate in the development of studies and projects, contributing expertise in construction sequencing, construction planning, productivity, and constructability reviews to improve project execution and reduce risks, interferences, and rework. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support to Engineering and Constructability * Participate in constructability reviews during various project stages. * Support the development of Profile, Pre-feasibility, Feasibility, and FEED studies. * Review construction sequences and Path of Construction (PoC). * Identify risks and opportunities associated with execution. * Contribute to the development of construction strategies and execution plans. **Construction Coordination** * Coordinate activities among engineering, construction, and procurement. * Support tracking of construction progress. * Participate in coordination and interface meetings. * Collaborate in identifying and resolving construction constraints. * Support field activity planning. **Productivity and Execution** * Support productivity analysis and benchmarking. * Participate in construction sequencing reviews. * Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and reducing rework. * Collaborate in applying construction planning methodologies. **HSE and Quality** * Promote adherence to project HSE standards. * Participate in construction risk assessments. * Incorporate safety considerations into constructability recommendations. * Support compliance with construction quality requirements. **Key Deliverables** * Constructability comments and reports. * Contributions to the Construction Execution Plan. * Reviews of Path of Construction. * Construction risk reports. * Productivity and progress tracking. * Support for execution strategies. **What will you bring?** **Software, processes, and tools:** · You will have over 10 years of professional experience and at least 8 years of experience in mining or industrial projects. It is essential to have performed construction and field coordination activities on EPC or EPCM projects. **Job Requirement:** · **Education:** Professionals holding degrees such as Civil Engineer, Civil Constructor, Construction Engineer, or related disciplines focused on construction and industrial or mining projects. * **Desirable:** Knowledge of AWP or similar methodologies. · **Desirable Experience:** Experience in concentrators and tailings systems. **Key Competencies/Skills:** · **C** ollaborative work. * Effective communication. * Organization and planning. * Problem solving. * Results orientation. * Management of multidisciplinary interfaces.
