Job Description We are seeking a **Systems Support Engineer** to provide technical assistance, manage incidents, and ensure the operational continuity of corporate platforms and applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in technology infrastructure support, system administration, and user support. Key Responsibilities * **Technical support**: Respond to and resolve requests from internal and external users. * **Incident management**: Identify, log, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. * **System administration**: Monitor servers, applications, and corporate services. * **Cybersecurity**: Implement protective measures and regulatory compliance. * **Process optimization**: Propose improvements in technology management. * **Documentation**: Maintain clear records of procedures and applied solutions. * **Collaboration**: Work with development and operations teams to ensure service continuity. Requirements * Degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field. * 2–4 years of experience in technical support or system administration. * Knowledge of networks, servers, and operating systems (Windows/Linux). * Proficiency with monitoring and incident management tools. * Analytical skills and problem-solving ability. * Strong communication and teamwork skills.
