Experience with Cloud architectures, microservices, and DevOps **Job Description** We are seeking a Software Engineering Director to lead the technology strategy, development teams, and platform evolution, ensuring scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions. **Responsibilities** * Define and execute the engineering and technology strategy. * Lead, develop, and mentor software engineering teams. * Establish standards for architecture, quality, security, and development. * Oversee projects, technology roadmap, and engineering priorities. * Promote agile methodologies, automation, and DevOps best practices. * Manage resources, budget, vendors, and technology planning. * Identify innovation opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives. * Coordinate with Product, Operations, Security, and other business areas. * Ensure platform availability, scalability, and continuity. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field. * Experience with **Cloud architectures, microservices, APIs, and distributed systems**. * Strong knowledge of **CI/CD, DevOps, security, and databases**. * Experience managing projects, budgets, and technology vendors. * Demonstrated leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. * Advanced technical English.
