In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve questions, troubleshoot issues, and receive an excellent service experience. Key Responsibilities * Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, and other support channels. * Resolve customer questions, complaints, and service issues professionally and efficiently. * Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and account\-related matters. * Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM. * Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. * Follow up on outstanding customer requests through resolution. * Identify recurring customer issues and recommend improvements. * Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with every customer. Requirements * Previous customer service, call center, or support experience preferred. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong problem\-solving and multitasking abilities. * Customer\-focused, patient, and professional. * Comfortable working with computers, CRM systems, and digital communication tools. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Reliable, organized, and detail\-oriented.
