Your focus will be on ensuring continuity, quality, and alignment with the business’s strategic objectives. Your Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Leadership: Lead the entire program, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality milestone delivery, while contributing to overall roadmap planning and tracking. Team and Stakeholder Management: Coordinate functional, technical, and operational fronts composed of internal and external multidisciplinary teams (consultants, vendors, and business units). Governance and Control: Define and monitor schedule, budget, and scope. Implement risk, dependency, and commitment management practices, delivering executive reports to senior leadership. Adoption and Quality: Ensure effective adoption of technological tools through training strategies, support, KPI tracking, and progress metrics. Client Management: Lead relationships with internal and external clients, ensuring satisfaction and achievement of expected outcomes. Mandatory Requirements Experience: Minimum 5 years in program/project management, including at least 3 years in Retail or related industries. Methodologies: Advanced knowledge of project management frameworks (PMI and Agile). Technology: Proven competence in system integration projects (both On\-Premise and Cloud solutions). Soft Skills: Demonstrated leadership of diverse teams, advanced stakeholder management, and excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
