Learning and development opportunities At **LV Consultora**, we are looking for a **Junior Compensation Analyst** to join one of our recognized clients. We seek an organized, analytical, and committed individual who enjoys working with critical information and wishes to grow within the Compensation area as part of a collaborative, high-performance team. What will be your challenge? You will be responsible for supporting the compensation process, ensuring accurate management and control of attendance, absenteeism, and working hours data, thereby contributing to internal process compliance and current labor regulations. Main Responsibilities: * Monitor and validate employee attendance and absenteeism. * Review information for the monthly compensation process. * Coordinate with various health insurance providers (ISAPRES) and pension funds (AFP) regarding receipt and validation of information. * Register and update records on the Buk platform. * Identify and manage inconsistencies in attendance records. * Support preparation of information for compensation calculations. * Prepare basic attendance and absenteeism reports. * Ensure compliance with labor regulations related to working hours and attendance. We are looking for candidates with: * Technical degree in Human Resources or a related field. * At least 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Experience using Buk or other compensation software is desirable. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to meeting deadlines.
