JOB OFFERING – OCCUPATIONAL PHYSICIAN ADVISOR \| Occupational Polyclinic
A prominent company is seeking an **Occupational Physician Advisor** to join its Polyclinic located in the Valparaíso Region.
We seek a professional with experience in **Occupational Health**, a preventive orientation, and the ability to operate effectively in an industrial environment, delivering medical care and specialized advisory services to both internal employees and partner companies.
**Workplace:** Ventanas Sector Polyclinic, Valparaíso Region
**Work Modality:** 100% on-site
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, daytime/administrative schedule
**Contract Type:** Fixed-term contract for maternity/paternity leave replacement
**Estimated Start Date:** August 24, with possible postponement to the first week of September.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide curative and emergency medical care at the Divisional Polyclinic and operational areas.
* Implement and manage occupational health programs and epidemiological surveillance.
* Analyze results of biological evaluations and follow up on abnormal cases.
* Assess potential work-related pathologies.
* Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and exit medical examinations.
* Maintain clinical records, medical attendance logs, and medical reports.
* Follow up on cases referred under Law 16\.744\.
* Implement and supervise corporate protocols for **Alcohol and Drugs, Fatigue, and Drowsiness**.
* Manage return-to-work processes.
* Participate in investigations of accidents, occupational diseases, and overexposure to agents.
* Provide medical support during public health emergencies.
* Lead inductions and training related to general and occupational health.
* Attend clinical and administrative meetings.
* Assume responsibilities as **Divisional First-Aid Kit Medical Director**.
* Manage corporate IT platforms and Office 365 tools\.
* Perform shift handover and takeover as required.
EXCLUSIVE REQUIREMENTS
* Degree in **Medicine and Surgery**.
* Valid registration with the **Superintendence of Health**.
* **Diploma in Occupational Health**.
* Minimum **2 years of experience in Occupational Health**.
* Valid **IAAS certification (minimum 80 hours)**.
* Valid **ATLS certification**.
* Valid **ACLS certification**.
* Advanced proficiency in computer systems and office software.
* Proficiency in statistical analysis tools.
* Good health compatible with performing duties in facilities and operational areas.
* Residence in **Ventanas or nearby areas is desirable**.
POSITION CONDITIONS
* Fixed-term contract for maternity/paternity leave replacement.
* 100% on-site working modality.
* Monday to Friday, daytime schedule.
