As a Human Resources Assistant, you will provide administrative and operational support across recruitment, onboarding, employee file management, attendance tracking, leave administration, payroll preparation, training coordination, employee inquiry handling, and general HR processes. You will work closely with Human Resources, Personnel Operations, Payroll, Finance, Administration, managers, and employees to maintain accurate personnel records and deliver a professional employee experience. Responsibilities: Provide daily administrative support to the Human Resources team. Maintain accurate employee records. Create and update personnel files.
