Key responsibilities include: * Prepare and oversee budgets, financial forecasts, and business plans. * Analyze financial results and prepare reports for senior management. * Monitor cash flow, revenues, expenses, and company profitability. * Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and other financial institutions. * Supervise accounting, tax, and treasury processes. * Ensure compliance with applicable legal and financial regulations. * Identify financial risks and propose mitigation measures. * Optimize costs and support strategic decision-making. * Lead, coordinate, and develop the finance department team. Requirements: * Professional degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in finance roles, including team leadership experience. * Solid knowledge of accounting, treasury, management control, financial planning, and taxation. * Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems. * Strong analytical ability, leadership, and results orientation. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
