We are currently seeking an Occupational Risk Prevention Expert for the commune of Calama, on a temporary replacement basis due to **Medical Leave**. **Mission** Advise operations on safety and occupational health matters to effectively control personnel exposure risks for assigned staff, managing preventive tools and models that assist ADCs in avoiding workplace accidents and occupational diseases. Advise and monitor proper compliance with current legislation and the various standards set by our client. **Requirements:** * Professional degree in Occupational Risk Prevention Engineering or SNS (Mandatory) * Minimum 3 years of work experience in mining * Experience in management systems, implementation of risk matrices, and Supreme Decree No. 44\. * Residence in the Atacama Region / Copiapó * Class B Driver's License **Responsibilities** * Ensure accurate identification and control of hazards; implement organizational systems or standards; monitor and control their application under an efficient and dedicated model enabling the organization to oversee compliance with SST activities and applicable legal requirements for contractor companies, centralize reporting, and manage reports cross-functionally * Apply appropriate controls, monitor, and verify correct implementation of such controls in assigned companies * Promote leadership and a safety culture among all workers, aligned with the client’s guidelines * Respond promptly and appropriately to various Safety, Occupational Health, Hygiene, and/or High-Potential Accident requirements within the facility * Handle confidential information regarding injured employees **What We Offer:** * Work schedule: 4x3 (07:30 to 18:30 hrs) * Assignment at Gabriela Mistral Division * Includes meals (lunch: 1 hour) * Transportation to site * Overnight stay at site is not included We aspire to be the best by delivering health and logistics solutions for the care of workers and their families — join us!
