As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for assigning and reserving hotel rooms to maintain service continuity according to occupancy levels, while upholding company- and client-defined standards and protocols. Requirements for the Position * Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and hospitality. * Knowledge of customer service protocols and intermediate-level Microsoft Office applications. * Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment. * Basic English proficiency is desirable.
