Currently, we are seeking Plant Operators for Wastewater Treatment Plants to join our team in Copiapó and support the proper operation, control, and maintenance of treatment plants. Key responsibilities: Operate and control equipment associated with the wastewater treatment process. Conduct periodic inspections of plant facilities and equipment. Record operational parameters and maintain up-to-date control logs. Identify and report deviations, failures, or anomalies in plant operation. Support basic preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. Perform cleaning and organization of facilities and work areas. Monitor levels, pumps, tanks, and other process components. Comply with established operational, environmental, and safety procedures. Use personal protective equipment correctly. Contribute to plant operational continuity and proper execution of treatment processes. Requirements: Experience operating wastewater treatment plants or similar functions. Preferred experience in sanitary, industrial, or mining plants. Basic knowledge of pump, tank, and wastewater treatment equipment operation. Availability to work rotating shifts according to operational needs. Availability for fieldwork. Responsibility, commitment, and safety orientation. Ability to work in a team.
