Working at mining sites under shift-based systems **First-Class Mechanic – Mining Site** -------------------------------------- A contracting company is seeking a **First-Class Mechanic** to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, components, and mechanical systems used in mining operations. ### **Responsibilities** * Diagnose and repair mechanical failures. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. * Dismantle, repair, and reassemble components. * Complete work orders and report deviations. * Apply energy isolation (lockout) and safe work procedures. ### **Requirements** * Mechanical Technician, Industrial Maintenance Technician, or related specialization. * Minimum 3 years of experience in mining maintenance. * Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and metrology. * Experience with plant equipment or heavy machinery. * Physical fitness compatible with mining site conditions and high-altitude environments. * Availability to work under shift-based systems.
