Job Summary: Grupo Cintac seeks a Hotel and Maintenance Supervisor to oversee operational processes, ensuring service delivery, contract compliance, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise the execution of hotel and maintenance operational processes. 2. Ensure service delivery and customer satisfaction. 3. We operate in Chile and Peru, with business divisions in Modular Construction (**Promet Chile** and **Promet Perú**) and Industrial Business (**Cintac Saic** in Chile and **Tupemesa** in Peru). We operate several production plants: in Chile, located in the communes of Colina, Maipú, and Lonquén, as well as storage yards in northern and central zones. We provide hospitality services through four modular hotels of our own, located in Calama, Mejillones, and the central Coya zone, as well as camps primarily serving the mining and energy sectors. In the housing business, we are expanding industrial-scale modular home manufacturing. Our production processes emphasize efficiency, focus on worker safety, and environmental stewardship. We are currently seeking a Hotel and Maintenance Supervisor to work at our hotels under an 8x6 shift system, with availability to reside at our facilities. Your primary mission is to supervise all hotel operational processes, ensuring execution of all necessary procedures for delivering contracted services, fulfilling acquired contracts, complying with applicable regulations, and achieving customer satisfaction. Requirements * Technical or university degree holder. * Knowledge of chemical products and document management. * Intermediate-level Office software proficiency. * Minimum experience: 5 years total, including 2 years supervising teams and 2 years in hospitality and/or mining sectors. * Residence in northern Chile. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
