Responsibilities * Perform cleaning, sanitation, and disinfection tasks for areas, materials, and work equipment according to the company's defined quality standards. * Provide support in food preparation wherever required. * Perform general cleaning of floors, tables, chairs, and casino surfaces before, during, and after each service. * Assist in setting up the self-service line (tableware, cutlery, trays, etc.).
