Position Summary: Grupo Cintac, part of the CAP Holding, is seeking Foremen for its Modular Plant in Chacabuco, with an emphasis on efficiency, safety, and environmental care. Key Highlights: 1. We operate in Chile and Peru, with business divisions in Modular Construction (**Promet Chile** and **Promet Perú**) and Industrial Business (**Cintac Saic** in Chile and **Tupemesa** in Peru). We operate several production plants—those in Chile are located in the communes of Colina, Maipú, and Lonquén—as well as storage yards in northern and central zones. We provide hospitality services through four of our own modular hotels located in Calama, Mejillones, and central Coya, as well as camps primarily serving the mining and energy sectors. In residential construction, we are expanding industrialized modular housing manufacturing. In this opportunity, we are recruiting for our Modular Plant in **Chacabuco**, seeking the best FOREMEN from the region: FINISHING FOREMAN (Termination of employment, CV Cargo > 1 year, experience in finishing work (doors, windows, moldings, hardware, accessories, etc.)) CARPENTRY FOREMAN (Termination of employment, CV Cargo > 1 year, experience in heavy construction—Metalcom partitions (AG)) MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL FOREMAN (Termination of employment, CV Cargo > 1 year, MIG welding experience) PIPING FOREMAN (Termination of employment, CV Cargo > 1 year, copper–PPR piping experience) ELECTRICAL FOREMAN (Termination of employment, CV Cargo > 1 year, experience in residential–building electrical regulations) We offer an attractive salary, shuttle bus service, meal allowance, and job stability.
