Position Summary: We are seeking a Severance Management Analyst to join a team, managing end-to-end severance processes and coordinating with internal departments. Key Highlights: 1. Handling employee inquiries. **Join our team!** We are currently looking for a **Severance Management Analyst** to join the team of our important client located in Santiago. 100% on-site work. **Main Responsibilities:** * Full management of the severance process (calculation, review, and payment). * Data entry and validation in the BUK/TALANA platform. * Coordination of severance document signatures (in-person or electronic). * Calculation of severance payments, proportional vacation days, and outstanding wages. * Review of employment documentation and regulatory compliance. * Handling employee inquiries regarding their severance settlements. * Coordination with internal departments (compensation, operations, HR). * Control and archiving of documentation related to the severance process. ✅ **Requirements:** * Proficiency in the **BUK** and/or TALANA platform (preferred). * Minimum 2 years of experience handling the full severance cycle. * Availability to work 100% on-site in Santiago. **We Offer:** * A pleasant work environment. * Opportunities for job stability. ### **Net Salary: $950,000 - 1,000,000** **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 08:30–18:30 hrs; Friday: 08:30–15:40 hrs (totaling 42 weekly hours).
