Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible, reliable, and friendly Concierge to ensure the smooth operation and security of a residential building, providing assistance and guidance to residents. Key Highlights: 1. Attending to and guiding residents in a small-community environment. 2. General supervision of facilities and common areas for safety. 3. Flexible weekend and holiday shifts with schedules to be determined. We are looking for a **Concierge** to work in a private small-community residential building comprising 12 apartments in Providencia (near Tobalaba metro station). We seek a **responsible, reliable, friendly, and service-oriented individual**, capable of maintaining appropriate resident interaction and ensuring proper operation and security of common areas during their shift. ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Control and registration of resident and visitor access. * Receiving and delivering mail and parcels. * Attending to and guiding residents. * General supervision of facilities and common areas. * Recording and reporting incidents or situations arising during the shift. * Promptly reporting any situation requiring attention or maintenance. * And others... ***Schedule and Working Hours:*** * **Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.** * Hours to be defined based on availability: * **4:00 PM to 10:00 PM**, and/or * **1:00 PM to 11:00 PM.** ***Requirements:*** * Prior experience as a concierge, building assistant, front-desk staff, or in similar roles. * Experience in residential communities or buildings is desirable. * Responsibility, punctuality, and strong interpersonal skills. * Ability to work autonomously. * Possession of **verifiable employment references**. * Required documentation and background checks applicable to the position.
