Responsible for accounting, financial, budgetary, and control activities related to Personnel Administration, in accordance with established policies and strategic guidelines set by the Human Resources Management team. Coordinate, plan, and monitor Personnel Administration management; prepare reports and dashboards related to the various processes covered by the Department. REQUIREMENTS Knowledge of current labor legislation Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel ERP software knowledge (e.g., SAP Payroll) is desirable but not mandatory. Intermediate English (spoken and written) Report generation Class B driver’s license Willingness to travel within the country All aspects listed above must be performed by the candidate primarily at the operational level, as well as at the management level. EXPERIENCE Minimum 3–5 years of verifiable experience in compensation, management control, or accounting.
