Hermat, a landscaping company, is looking to incorporate our next "Crew Leader", who must effectively and efficiently carry out the following tasks: * Execute plans and programs indicated by the supervisor to ensure proper implementation of assigned tasks. * Guarantee the appropriate use and maintenance of machinery and tools under their responsibility. * Supervise field work execution. * Direct maintenance activities carried out by their crew in assigned areas. * Promote, disseminate, and ensure strict compliance with safety regulations in all work activities. * Maintain constant communication with the supervisor, informing them about the progress of assigned activities. Job Requirements: * One year of experience performing similar duties, ideally in landscaping, construction, or related companies. * Techniques or strategies for leading field teams. * Knowledge of equipment and machinery: types, characteristics, performance, maintenance. * Maintenance activities in green areas during high and low seasons. * Plant species: types, characteristics. * Basic knowledge of irrigation systems. * Class B driver's license (Mandatory). Working hours are 44 hours per week, distributed from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 hrs., and on Saturdays from 08:00 to 12:00 hrs., including one hour for lunch break.
